Proliant Server Power Monitoring & Cable Redundancy Best Practices?

We're auditing our HPE Proliant server infrastructure with Lansweeper and want to optimize power monitoring/redundancy. Two key questions:

1. Power Cable Tracking

   • Does anyone use Lansweeper to document power cable paths (especially redundant PSU setups)?

   • Any custom reports for tracking which servers use dual power feeds vs. single points of failure?

2. ProLiant-Specific Insights

   • How do you correlate Lansweeper’s power metrics (from iLO/IPMI) with actual rack PDU connections?

   • Any tips to flag mismatched power cables (e.g., 10A vs. 15A ratings) in the inventory?

Why It Matters:
A recent near-miss (loose power cable on a DL380) made us realize our Lansweeper data could better map physical power paths. Would love to hear how others tackle this!
