I'm currently evaluating Lansweeper in a small test environment consisting of a single Windows server (where Lansweeper is installed) and 3 Linux host. We have a requirement to capture the running OS processes on Window, Linux and UNIX assets. I reviewed the details in the referred "Computer Processes Overview" document.

Computer Processes Overview

I followed the directions including enabling the "PROCESS" item in the scanned item interval menu and rescanned the hosts in our test environment.

When I run the report, it only shows processes for the Windows server even though the scans completed successfully for the Linux servers as well.

Does Lansweeper in fact capture process details on Linux and Unix assets and is it possible to report on these?

Thanks!

Has anybody had any success with Lansweeper reporting on Linux Processes?
