Report detailing which AD members do not have MFA enforced

Hi there

I am looking at creating a report to show any users in the domain who do not have MFA enforced.
Does anyone know how to get this to work or if it is even possible?

We already scan the domain and have reports on users not in groups etc....
Just trying to work out how 365 settings would be picked up.
