Hi,
Just a quick question, when fully implemented will Lansweeper be allowing for in-depth reports using Helpdesk features?
I.E. Report all machines that have had X incidents in the last 6 months and report their types, users etc etc.
I'm guessing there will be similar features within the helpdesk section but want to clarify if there will be the possibility of the using the info in the SQL reporting.
Thanks

Yes, you can use all tables in your custom SQL reports. Help desk data is stored in "htbl..." tables.
