Merge emails sent as response for tickets?
Anyone can help me solve this?A user creates a ticket, and Lansweeper creates new tickets for each response, is there anything i can do this?Thanks for the Help, In advance.

Resolved! Exclude off guest VM
Is there a way to exclude guest VM that are off? We want to avoid having templates or idled VM in our database. We can exclude HyperV guest totally but I would be interested to see if could keep VM who are online.
