I need some users to be able to create and save their own ticket filters. Is this possible?

This feature is only available to agents, not normal users. Normal users only have 1/5 of the filter options agents have in any case. Agents can save their personal filters by clicking on the disk icon at the top next to the 'Apply filter' button (after having applied the filter).
