Firstly, I would recommend updating your installation since you are running on a old version.
As for the lockout problem, I'm not quite sure how a user account can get locked out by using it in Lansweeper unless the password you entered for the account is incorrect and a password policy is causing the lockout due to failed attempts.
Regardless, I don't think there is a way to find the device causing the account to get locked out in Lansweeper.
