Hello David,

Thank you for contacting Lansweeper Support.

We understand you're encountering an error message stating, "Antivirus This method is not implemented in any class" during Windows device scans. This is a known issue, and it has been escalated to our development team as a bug. A fix for it will be in a future release. Unfortunately, there is no estimated release date. We recommend checking our changelog when a new version is released to ensure this fix is included (LAN-15539).

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.Kind regards,

Lansweeper Support Team

What's the status of getting the "ANTIVIRUS "This method is not implemented in any class"." issue resolved?

Unless I missed something I have had no feedback on this one.  Currently working on Linuz SSH scan errors which we cannot resolve either after going through KB's, Device Checker and now truning on verbose scan logging to see if we learn more. If not, need to reach out to LS Support.

I opened a case with LS on this - hoping to get a status update.  They are reviewing our logs and alluded that this might be fixed in LS version 12.x?  Waiting to hear back.

Did you get any response to this? We are encountering the same on some of our systems.

Just created a case. Confident they will post here as well.
