Ever since I upgrade to 1903, lansweeper stopped scanning.

Under errors I see

Error Access is denied

I can ping the computer fine

user name and password didn't change

I would recommend contacting our support team. The more people they can help the better we can understand what Microsoft changed and is causing this behavior.

Same issue here and recreate the Windows scanning credentials didnt fix it....

I fixed it on my end...

I had to delete all credentials from lansweeper and re-enter them.

I'm the only admin, and none of the credentials changed on any of the machines.

The lansweeper database I guess got corrupted.

I have applied the firewall powershell commands and checked my creds, still access denied.

Since the 1903 update is not fully released yet, but instead being slowly rolled out. It is best you verify the firewall settings as mentioned.

You can also try to re-enter your credentials within Lansweeper.

Windows build updates often like to change more than they actually advertise. It's not uncommon for them to adjust firewall settings etc which would cause issues with Lansweeper.

I would check that your access permissions are still correct.

You could run the VBS script at the bottom of the page on the machine, restart the machine and then attempt your deployment again, if that works then there is something that 1903 that re-enabled which is preventing your access.
