Scanning Server not compatible with Asset Radar

Greetings, we have installed Lansweeper 10.6.2 on a Win Server 2019 virtual machine under Hyper-V and are receiving the following error message when we try to use Asset Radar:

Has anybody experienced this issue when running Asset Radar under Hyper-V?  We opened a ticket with support and they suggested to configure the network interface in promiscuous mode but for some reason they provided a procedure from another vendor ?!?

Hi Mr,  the NCAP drivers is installed.  Follows the network settings and the ncap drivers status:
