Hello;
Will there be a way to disable the Helpdesk / KB features. While theyre a great improvement overall, Some of us already have other's in place for this and wouldnt be looking to replace them.

In the General Settings under the Helpdesk Settings, the first option removes all the menus and stuff. The only thing it won't remove are the configuration settings for helpdesk. In the Knowledgebase settings, there is an option to disable it's usage as well 🙂

Hover of the 'Knowledgebase' menu and choose 'Knowledgebase Options'. I couldn't find it at first either, figured it would be in the 'Configuration' area, but it makes since that it's not if non-admins are going to be able to change/create categories.

I can't find the "Knowledgebase settings" menu link...where is that located?
