when I go to my Login page of the lansweeper it takes 2 to 3 minutes before I have the login screen. Once I'm logged in the pages are running correct and fast. But how can we solve the loading of the start page?

When the application is running slow, please go through the steps below to try and improve the performance.

If the issue persists please send a mail to, including the database size and 10 largest tables under Configuration\Database tables. This could provide an insight on the possible cause

I agree. We have been experiencing the same issue. Thought it might have been since the update to Website Version: and the previous 2 iterations .
Previous to that, was very snappy.
Running IIS server ver 10.0.14393 on Virtual Server 2016
