We added around 36 software in Software License Tracking. We found it was very slow to load Software license compliance homepage and IISexpress.exe process spiked at 99%. We added an additional vCPU to the VM server and it seemed resolved the CPU spiking issue (dropped 57% when loading Software license compliance homepage) but it still took over a minute to load the homepage. We are running Lansweeper v5081 on Windows 2008R2. The DB is SQL2010 express running on the same box. Could you let us know how to improve the performance loading Software license compliance report ? Thanks !

Express editions cannot use more than 1GB RAM, so i guess that is your bottleneck.

The usable memory seems not the issue. There's 2GB RAM on the server and it stays at 1.1GB usage when loading the Software license compliance homepage.

Upgrade the maximum usable memory will improve the performance even more.
