Apparently the current version of Lansweeper doesn't recognize Sophos Endpoint Server Advanced antivirus software because all my servers (W2012) are currently detected by Lansweeper as NO ANTIVIRUS INSTALLED and of course, that cause a red alert in my dashboard.
I am not familiar with this support forum but is there some kind of "bug report" that I can fill somewhere regarding this issue?

you can add "sophos endpoint agent" or whatever the installed AV name is to the antivirus list under software>antivirus settings to make it show as installed, but you loose the ability for it to show if it is out of date. that said, they seem to be aware that sohpos doesn't get along well with lansweeper's antivirus reporting. no idea if they are working on a fix though.
