SQL servers without SQL data

Hello

I got two SQL servers that had the SQL server information listed before but now the page is empty.
Bot machines are MS Server 2019 and SQL Server Version 140 (2017).

We have followed the troubleshooting guide but nothing has changed:

Other SQL Servers are fine and show all SQL server data.
We are scanning all servers with the LS agent installed on the server.
We are running Lansweeper 10.6.2.0

Assed deletion and asset recreation did the job.
Done.
