Hello. I have been trying out the new Help Desk system and it seems like it might work for us. We have been using ZenDesk for several years though and my main concern with switching is being able to take all of our tickets with us. I see that there is a section to import tickets into your Help Desk system but the exports that I am able to do from ZenDesk are all XML files, not .CSV. Do you know of any easy way to get my old ZenDesk tickets into LANSweeper?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

Have you tried using one of the many free online XML to CSV converters?
https://www.google.com/search?q=xml to csv
Or just open your XML data in Excel and save it as CSV. You might have to do a bit of data cleanup but it should be pretty painless.
