Due to a planned hardware mainteinance, my organization restarted the server Lansweeper was hosted.
Now, if I try to access the Lansweeper Web Console, I receive this error.
A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified)
To solve the problem, I tried to follow this guide, but the IIS Express service is not shown in the list, thus I cannot go further.
In addition, since the restarting, the Lansweeper Server Service is off, and if I try to start it, the service turns off authomatically.
