Dear team,

I am unable to take remote of the systems from lansweeper.
And also failed to reset user password from lansweeper.
Please tell me the solution ?

Try running the actions as a different user as explained here: https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/running-actions-as-a-different-user/

Actions are always performed using the security context which is running the browser, so run the browser with admin credentials to have the best chance for them to work.
