Hi all,

Ive just upgraded my LS installation to 11.1. Everything was going well until i linked it to the cloud installation.

I accidently linked the on prem to the wrong cloud login. I realised i'd used the wrong account which was vanilla. The original account still had a half linked account on there that never worked the last time i tried it.

This new one i started this morning linked fine, but after realising my error i thought i would delete all links and start again linking my existing on prem to the CORRECT account.

Now i am stuck. No cloud sites are active and no active links to any on prem. The on prem LS install has some residual connection to a since delete installation and now i cant disconnet?


any ideas why the unlink button is greyed out and how i can resolve it?
