Engaged Sweeper

Hi,
we've linked our on-prem Installation (Ultimate) to Lansweeper Cloud for the first time. Just a few minutes later the cloud and the on-prem says that we use a freeware license and our assets are of course maxed out. Is there something we are missing?
I've tried the unlink, delete site and linked the on-prem installation again but the result was the same.

Hi Crydok,

 

Our development team has made some changes on the backend and this should be resolved now. If you still are exepriencing issues please log into our support portal and log a support ticket;.

Make sure to add screenshots and the GatherLogs output file so our SME's can start investigating the issue straight away.
