Since I ran the update, I have a few users that when they go to the dashboard, the site keeps defaulting to the helpdesk. We dont even use the help desk. It is not happening to everyone. Any ideas?

Sounds to me that your using SSO and those users just don't have permissions to access Lansweeper, therefore they are seen as helpdesk users. Take a look at the user roles those users have.

Yes it is strange. So he types in our webaddress http://lansweeperhq01 and it just auto redirects to lansweeperhq01/helpdesk.
