Yes, we read this attribute from AD. You can list it in custom reports by adding table tblADusers to your report and selecting tblADusers.Telephone. If you need to update your AD user's data, under Configuration\Server options, section User cleanup options, enable "Refresh Active Directory user details (Department, telephone,... ) in the Lansweeper database".
