Hello. I purchased Lansweeper for Inventory AND Help Desk ticketing. I need a way to allow remote users to submit a ticket without being connected to our VPN. Many times, the ticket is saying they can't access the VPN. This was easy to set up with SolarWinds, but I have tried everything I know of can cannot remotely connect to an https connection with Lansweeper. Any help would be appreciated!

Instead of using the portal, you might consider configuring incoming emails to create tickets.
