Hello folks!
We must use a cloud proxy application, Zscaler, on all remote computers. Zscaler blocks all server to client connections by design and therefore, Lansweeper isn't able to connect to these remote computers even through VPN. Zscaler might support server to client connections in the future but right now they do not. This renders Lansweeper's many awesome features inoperable for managing remote computers such as remote installation of software.
What I'd like to request from Lansweeper is an expanded lsagent that logs itself into a cloud instance (client to server) so that through the cloud instance we can send commands to each client.
Otherwise, sadly, we're shopping around for a different asset management solution that can work in an environment where server to client requests are blocked by Zscaler.
