I believe this has been requested by another customer as well and is on the wish list. We do not have an estimated release date for this though. Development limited the number of fields displayed in ticket overviews to save screen space. I know there are plans to make the fields displayed fully customizable. At the moment, you can only configure which *custom* ticket fields are displayed.
It's not a ticket filter, but theoretically you could build a custom SQL report under Reports\Create New Report that lists your tickets and any information you wish to see for them, including related assets.
