It would be helpful if we can create groups for installer packages, so this way you could categorize and collapse your views. I've been creating installers, and it becomes a pain to have to scroll up/down to look through. Unless I am missing somethin...

User Portal: User is able to only reopen ticket by reply

I do know that there is an option called "Users may alter ticket state" but that option is too powerful for our needs. I would like to see an option for the user to reply to a ticket in the User Portal to reopen a ticket.
