not sure if this is possible, but here goes.
I would like to be able to print or send a document from information taken from a helpdesk ticket.
For example, I have created a helpdesk ticket template for hardware purchases, so if someone needs a laptop purchased, they fill in the helpdesk ticket and I would like to have a button or other option that creates a purchase request form from the information they supply and either prints or emails the form.
Is this possible?
