Would really like some sort of functionality to delete notes. It would be fine if this required higher levels of access. Would also be fine to do a soft-delete of sorts, which a note is essentially hidden, but can be reviewed if needed.
We've added this feature to our customer wish list, but do not currently have a release date for it unfortunately. You can delete entire tickets, but not individual notes.
