Helpdesk - Pinned tabs

It would be handy to have a set of pinned tabs for things I frequently use: Unassigned tickets, Assigned to me, etc.
The pinned tabs would open by default on each session, where the not pinned ones would go away.

The not pinned ones would be searches, viewed tickets, etc.
Would also be nice to have a button to close all but pinned.

Additionally, because the width of the tab changes with the title of the tab, and they are left alligned, it would make more sense to move the x (to close) to the left side of the tab, so you can close a bunch of tabs quickly, by clicking in the same place, rather than hitting a moving target.

We've added your idea for pinned tabs and mass closing non-pinned tabs as a feature request to our internal customer wishlist. At this moment in time we cannot yet guarantee that this feature will be added though and we cannot provide you with an estimated release date.

We've also added an addendum for possibly moving the close tab button from the right to the left.
