After a recent upgrade, the helpdesk ticket link in notification emails no longer goes directly to the ticket. Instead, it goes to the login screen and - to add insult to injury - logs out any lansweeper instances open in other windows or tabs.

Hi,
We tested internally and we can't see any issues on our side. In the cases we created, we get a link that goes to helpdesk/Ticket.aspx, with the tickedid in the url.
Can you get in touch with Lansweeper Support for this and let them know which URL you get in the mail that was sent? Please let them also know which settings you have under General Settings, in the Website links section.
