Is a Helpdesk system coming?

I would prefer focus be on network inventory. The majority of us already have a help desk system and whether we like them or not, we are stuck with them. If Hemoco ventures off on this path it will consume their development and we won't have all the cool improved scanning features.

Lansweeper is successful because development is focuessed on improving its scanning capabilities constantly vs trying to become an all in one monster application solution.

I asked about helpdesk more than a year ago. Still hope Lansweeper team will implement it soon. But I guess it will take another couple years till we see first helpdesk beta. It would be really great improvement. Currently we are using GLPI as helpdesk system.

Helpdesk won't be in version 4.0
