Is there a way to not have users log into the Portal to view KB articles? Not everyone at my company has an AD account/email account.
We want our customer service employees to have the ability to view our articles as a reference, and creating an AD account and email per user is not questionable for us.

Users will always have to authenticate to access any section of the web console unfortunately. You could potentially work around this by creating a generic AD user that multiple users can use to access the knowledge base.
We've added an item to our customer wishlist for "The ability to create a separate portal for the knowledge base module of Lansweeper that doesn't require authentication" and moved this topic to the wishlist section. At this moment in time we cannot yet guarantee that this feature will be implemented though and we aren't able to provide you with an estimated release date.
