Knowledgebase: Versioning, Tagging, Metadata, Export

Versioning: Save X number of previous revisions for historical purposes, with comparison view if you're really feeling fancy.
Tagging: Ability to add tags for search and filtering. Alternatively/Additionally add sub-categories as others have suggested.
Metadata: Article create date, last modified, created by, view count, etc
Export: Ability to export article via PDF or print friendly view. Currently when printing the page, navigation and other website elements are included.

Versioning is what I'm looking for. We use drupal today for a knowledgebase and we have versioning enabled and it comes in handy.

I am a big fan of keeping the flat structure to the KB but please add the tagging option. We are about to look at implementing Lansweeper as a KB but the titles will have to be a bit overwhelming to be functional.
