Is there a way to make a CC Users selection required by the User on a specific ticket type?
Our Facilities department is an Agent Team and they would like the User to be required to make a CC Users selection on their Facilities ticket type. They want all users to add their supervisor as the CC User.
Did not see a way to make selection of CC Users required. Can only give User access to this control, or hide.
Cannot create new custom field to select AD users like CC Users control.
Reports were suggested as an option for similar question in forum. In this case, the Facilities work could already be done by the time the Super got and reviewed the report containing all subordinates’ Facilities requests, so not a great solution.
