Hi,

Can you add an option for remove unused software ? In my case we no longer use mapinfo 7.8 but wen I try to shear for mapinfo in lansweeper it display mapinfo 7.8 - 10 - 10.5 ect.

To use the specified report, do the following:
• Open the Lansweeper configuration console and select Reports & Alerts\Report Builder. Hit the “New” button.
• Copy the SQL code provided and paste it at the bottom of the newly created report, replacing the default SQL code.
• Click somewhere near tblComputers so the new code applies.
• Give the report a “View name” and a “Report name” and hit the “Save” button.
• Double-click on the report in the report list to see its results and export options.

I search for a non active computer with MapInfo Professional 7.8 I didn't found one. For testing I delete all my non active computer a search again for the softare.

The web search show the software but I have still 0 items found

Web search results exclude non-active computers. If a software package is only installed on non-active computers, you will see the name listed when typing in the search bar, but clicking through to the computers will produce 0 results.

So most likely the specified software package is still present on a non-active computer.

Wen I upgrade lansweeper allcomputer make a full rescan.

Witch computer I have to full rescan ?

If the software is no longer installed anywhere, it should not show up in search. Could you try performing a "Full Rescan" of your machines to ensure that you have the latest software details.

No this software is no more installed on any computer on my network but it still appear when I try to search it.

Do you mean that this software is still installed on your machines, but you would like Lansweeper to ignore it?
