Modifying Permissions to a susbet of assets

Hi,

It would be useful to be able to assign rights to change asset information, add documents and add comments, specifying only a subset of assets.
Specifically it would be useful to determine the assets managed by a specific user via one or more dynamic groups.
With this implementation would be possible in the company to assign a user the management of certain assets (for example those of a branch or an IP range or a certain value of a custom field) and related information, while it will not be possible for him to change those not within its competence.

I would love to have this feature. We have several IT admins within our company. It would be very useful to be able to assign admin permission for a specific group of machines to certain administrators.
