Could you provide us with screenshots of the manufacturer information returned by Lansweeper for the same monitors. Note that manufacturer info can be found in Config\Display\Monitor Serial and Config\Display\Desktop Monitor on computer webpages.

Could you clarify what you mean by "full" manufacturer. Manufacturer data is already scanned for monitors.
