MS Teams integration

Hi,
It would be great to have an integration with MS Teams that would allow for ticket creation from a chat (... menu from inddividual chat message). Similarly it would be great is you could use Teams to query the status of your ticket and maybe update it.

Absolutely, my Helpdesk guys start 75% of tickets with a chat in Teams. The ability to use that chat to start a ticket or add to a ticket would be such a timesaver. More ticket would be created, the documentation would be much more comprehensive, the list goes on.
