option for service startup action (ie: perform cleanup/don't perform cleanup)

Perhaps an option to prevent lansweeper from doing a full asset requeue when the service is started on the server?

Or perhaps an option to specify when a clean-up process is run (ie: run late at night to keep queue numbers low during business hours)

Only Active Scanning rescans assets when the service is restarted. It rescans assets that have reported to your domain controllers in the last 14 days and that haven't been scanned in the last 20 hours.
