I may be missing something obvious, but I created a bunch of different ticket types. Most of the top of my head, but now I would like to re-arrange them so that all the same colors match up and the most frequently used ticket types are at the top. It appears that it only lists alphabetically.
Ticket types are indeed sorted alphabetically for now. Sorting them manually is not currently possible. I'll move this topic to the wish list section of the forum, but do not have an estimated release date for this feature unfortunately.
Yeah, this is an irritation for me too. Virtually all of the lists in the helpdesk (ticket types, combobox, radio buttons, custom fields, etc) are in alphabetical order.
