Having the ability to create a dynamic group based on the different releases of Windows 10 would be very helpful for certain software deployment scenarios. The specific scenario I'm facing right now, is a deployment of .NET Framework 4.7. The Windows 10 Creators Update (Release 1703) already has 4.7, so being able to have a group that is not 1703 would allow me to limit the group network load of my deployment by eliminating machines that already have it.

The current selection of Software Installed Not Like .NET Framework 4.7 does not eliminate the 1703 release of Windows 10 because it does not appear as installed software.

Another area this would be helpful is the ability to have a dynamic group for each release. Having a quick count of machines on each release in the dashboard would be great too.

Another possibility that would be helpful is having the ability to filter based on registry keys, as is done in checking the conditions for software deployments.
