Software Authorization

It would be great if some additional columns could be added to the Software Authorization page. One for "Comments" (a reasonably long text field) and another showing who made the last change to each particular item in the list, like you already have on the reports.

At the moment there's software on the list which someone has marked "red" (denied), but we have no idea why or who.

Few years has passed since this has been added to the wish list.
Any chance it ts coming soon would make my life so much easier.

We have added these feature requests to our customer wish list. For the time being, we recommend limiting the number of user groups with access to the Edit Configuration user role, under Configuration/Website Management/Website Access.
