It would be great to incorporate Change Management with support for a Change Advisory Board (Voting Capability). This would provide the ability for selected members to vote approve/disapprove to implement a specified change on the network.
I'm no expert on this, but a lot of auditors won't take output/audit trails from non ITSM/ITIL certified compliant ticketing/change management applications. As such, I can't utilize the helpdesk (or if there was a Change Management) portion of the software.
