Looking for the ability to assign an asset to a specific user rather than just a location. Would like to be able to know who was given a particular asset like a laptop. Last user is not the best tracking tool for this as I may log in to do a repair a...

Live Monitoring

When will Lansweeper have the ability to do live monitoring of assets such as servers and switches? It would be very beneficially to get an alert of a device being off.

Ability to pause the SLA timer

Please allow us to pause the SLA timer by ticket status.So many of our jobs are for part time staff or require a 3rd party for repair.We desperately need to be able to pause tickets until users or vendors can respond to our requests for information.
