What is your top priority feature for the next lansweeper release.

id like to be able to know when a machine (laptops in particular) are back on the network. (as by thier nature they can offsite for long periods.)

for example, if you found in a report, that a laptop had non approved software installed, or that it was missing critical updates, you could mark it down for a notification to be sent by the lansweeper client, the next time that machine is logged on to the network. that way, you could remote on to thier machine and remove offending software..

I would love to have a "reset computer usage" button on the Manager that deletes all computer usage, but keeps the inventory data for the computer. This is quite useful when we rotate a computer from one user to another and we want to keep inventory details intact.

I am using Track4Win right now ($30 wonder) however it does not allow for remote install.
Possible?

We are currently using Topdesk as our helpdesk console and when purchasing were told that this feature already exists but have heard nothing since.

We are looking for a basic HelpDesk software. We currently have Lansweeper and it works great for us. Any idea when or if you will offer a HelpDesk option?

1.) Searchable Custom Fields or a searchable "User" field.

The last user on a PC is not always the permanent user of the PC. And our win2000 machines don't have a last user since all users are Power Users and not Administrators.

That is really our only request.

Can the "Product key recovery" also be used to track licenses? The various software from National Instruments (Labview, Lookout, etc) does not advertise itself on the uninstall Windows Key. Or maybe we can have "custom product license checks" on Lansweeper?

2. Add admin page to web. Delete computer, add custom device category.
3. Ability to put custom links on dashboard.
