We assume you mean a widget displaying a list of articles or article categories. I've added this to the wishlist. Do note that users without any permissions that log on to access the helpdesk are already presented with a knowledgebase article section on their dashboard. Under Knowledgebase\Knowledgebase Options you can configure whether this is visible on the user dashboard or not.
