Hi there!
In general, when Lansweeper scans your assets, the antivirus information can be retrieved in two ways:
- By scanning the WMI class AntiVirusProduct
- By comparing the installed software with the list of known antivirus software, which can be managed in the web console under Software\ Anti-Virus Settings
In your case, it appears that Microsoft Defender for Endpoint is installed as a software package that might not trigger Windows to store antivirus details in the WMI classes. As a result, Lansweeper may not automatically detect it through the WMI method.
However, you can still manually configure Lansweeper to recognize Microsoft Defender for Endpoint as antivirus software.
