Mapped Drives not reporting

Could someone please help clarify what is needed in order to ensure Lansweeper can pull the mapped drives for workstations? My mapped drives section has zero information populating for my devices.

Hi,

Lansweeper scans mapped drive information found in the client machine's registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Network) and stores this information in the tblMappedDrives database table. Only persistent mapped drives found in the client machine's registry are listed in this table. Other mapped drives are not stored in the registry
