Add exceptions to disk size report

We're using the built-in less than 10% disk size report for our servers. The report is emailed out to our IT team daily.However, we have a few servers we don't want to show up on the report. Is there a way to add exceptions on the report?

I am looking for a report that will generate a list of all of the databases, with SQL instances, and what Hyper-V they are on. Been trying to figure it out, but I am a complete SQL noob and haven't been able to put it together.
