Report software installed last 7 days

I am using the stock report showing newly installed software. I see our old VPN ( pulse) installed and uninstalled several times per week per machine. I don not see the events in the event log so how is LS generating this report and or errors?

Modifying Purchase Date / Yearly Refresh Report
